THIS GAME IS CRAZY!

THE LEAD SEEMS TO FLIP FLIP EVERY WEEK! I GUESS THAT IS WHAT MAKES IT FUN. IT IS ANYBODY'S GAME!
HOW ABOUT THAT TANYA HENDRICKSON WHO IS THE WOMEN'S BIGGEST LOSER FOR A FOURTH TIME! WAY TO GO, TANYA! I AM PROUD OF YOUR MOTIVATION AND GREAT WORK. WE SHOULD ALL ASK HER HOW SHE IS MANAGING TO BE SO SUCCESSFUL! I'M SURE SHE WOULD SHARE HER WEIGHT LOSS STRATEGY WITH YOU.
KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. SOME OF YOU ARE SLOWING DOWN OR EVEN SITTING ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD FOR A REST. GET UP AND GET BUSY! WE ARE HEADING INTO THE HOME STRETCH. YOU CAN DO THIS, I KNOW YOU CAN!

  2. Hey everyone!

    We're several weeks into this weight loss game, and some of us may be experiencing some stalling. Reevaluate what you're eating! Have you stopped keeping track of your caloric intake? If so, start measuring and writing it down again. Maybe you're not eating enough. That is something I had to evaluate just recently. Sometimes if you're really active, you need to eat more than your minimum in order to shed those pounds. Also, consider stepping up your workout a notch! Your body gets used to the same routine, so you need to keep pushing.
